Team Communication on GroupMe
Team members are required use the GroupMe app to communicate with coaches and each other outside of class, share practice videos, and recieve important team and studio updates. Please follow the steps below to connect with your team.

Select each of your teams below to request to join.
Please check this page regularly for updates such as competition names, dates, and other important information. Individual team information will be distributed via GroupMe in their respective team groups.

The amounts reflected below are estimated expenses, provided for the purpose of helping you prepare for the upcoming year. Exact amounts may vary. Please call or text your coach(es) with any questions.

Fundraising
Sheryl & Shannon will set up many fundraisers throughout the year. These fundraisers are available to all, though not required, to aid in the payment of all dance related fees throughout the year, but we cannot do enough to cover your costs completely and we are asking for your help. If you are interested in starting, organizing, running, and following through on a fundraiser please fill out the form to the right. We understand that competing can become expensive, help us keep your costs low by participating in existing fundraisers and orchestrating new ones! We would like for every team to try to produce 1 fundraiser every other month. All fundraisers must be approved by Miss Sheryl and Miss Shannon. If we as a studio could pull off a single fundraiser every single month chances are high that you could cover 100% of your competition costs. All fundraisers will result in credits to your account.
Payments
Complete this form to set up an automatic payment plan that will include all of your yearly expenses including tuition into a low monthly payment instead of being hit with hundreds of dollar invoices a few times per year. You can also fill out the form to the left if you would like to have just your tuition deducted from an account monthly. Please be sure to check the appropriate choice. Both options will be a 9 month payment plan to finish at the end of May. You will need to start a new payment plan in the summer and again the next fall if you wish. Payments accepted will be credit/debit cards, CashApp cards, PayPal Cards, Venmo Cards and more. We also now accept ApplePay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, CashApp and ACH transactions in Studio. Options 1, 2, & 3 will be Automatically deducted on the 10th of every month. In order to stop payment you will need to contact Miss Shannon and she can stop payment immediately. We will now be sending Overdue Invoices Electronically on a monthly or bi monthly basis.

You are required to download, read, and sign the competition team contract. It is required to be turned in to your coach by the 30th of September. Your student CAN be removed from practice until this is done. The checklist and parent prep are for your benefit. We require that both you and your student read Dance Class Etiquette, and Recital Guidelines. These documents are for the benefit of our students, families, teams, and Studio faculty.
