What are competitive teams?
Our competitive teams compete complex dance and tumbling routines against other dance studios at regional and national dance competitions to earn awards, prizes, and scholarships. They also perform at extra events throughout the year, such as the Pantherettes Showcase at Five Points.
How do I join a competitive dance team?
To be considered for our competitive teams you must complete at least one of the following:
- Summer dance camp
- 1 year of technique class
- Individual skill assessment

What happens at recital?
Recital is a 3 hour event where all of our students have the opportunity to perform onstage for family and friends at ICC’s Performing Arts Center. We take costumed group pictures 2-4 weeks before recital and have a dress rehearsal the night before. Tickets will be on sale for friends and family, as well as professional DVD’s of the entire show.
